Liability
The legal obligation of a person or organisation to compensate damage caused to another. The basis for every personal-injury claim.
Aansprakelijkstelling

Written statement in which the victim holds the opposing party liable for the damage suffered.
Affectieschade
Affection damage (affectieschade)
Compensation for the grief of relatives in the event of serious injury or death of a loved one, governed by Articles 6:107 and 6:108 BW.
Arbeidsdeskundige
Employment expert (arbeidsdeskundige)
An employment expert is a specialist who assesses to what extent someone can still work after injury and the consequences for their earning capacity.
